Sindhi Satpura (Sindhi Sweet Pakwan)  is a traditional, multi-layered Indian pastry known for its ultra-crispy and flaky texture. The name comes from the words sat (seven) and pura (layers), representing a pastry folded and rolled to create numerous delicate layers.
